Employment Visa (`E’ Visa) 

Requirements: 

1. (i) Hard copy of application form after uploading on the Indian visa website.
2. (ii) Two recent passport size photographs.
3. (iii) Passport(New and old) with photocopy including all pages with entries/visa granted with photocopy.
4. (iv) Copy of Shenasnameh.
5. (v) Original contract / employment letter / engagement of foreign nationals by the Company or organization.
6. (vi) The employing company / organization should be registered in India and a copy of such registration should be submitted.
7. (vii) Certificate by the employer mentioning the salary of the foreign national employed in India and mentioning that it is taxable under Indian laws.
8. (viii) The employing company / organization should certify that the nature of job is such that qualified Indian nationals are not available for this job.
9. (ix) The applicant must submit documentary proof of his educational qualification and professional expertise. 

Note: 

Dependents of Employment Visa holder will also apply for Employment Visa selecting appropriate option in the online Visa application form.  The validity of such visa shall be co-terminus with the validity of the visa of the principal visa holder or for such shorter period as may be considered necessary by the Indian Mission.
